Hasn’t it been an amazing month of sport with the most successful Olympics of all times for NZ behind us, the Para Olympics up next, and then there’s provincial rugby about to get underway.

Speaking of rugby, for the first time in TLC Insurance’s history, we’ve taken on primary naming rights and so we’ll be cheering on “our team” the TLC Insurance King Country Rams as they look to bring home the Bunnings Warehouse Heartland Championship title. Provincial rugby has long been in our veins at TLC Insurance, with Keith Penny playing for Waikato in the 1980s (click here for a photo of KP in action) and TLC Insurance supporting the Tasman Makos development team for the past few seasons.
