I am writing to advise you of our COVID-19 Vaccination Policy which was introduced at TLC Insurance on Monday 13 December 2021.

We ask that you please familiarise yourself with the mandatory vaccination requirement of the policy as it applies to all employees, contractors, clients, suppliers and visitors to our TLC Office at any time. It also extends to any TLC Insurance functions (whether held at our TLC office or elsewhere), meetings and the like.
In accordance with the policy, we ask that you please be ready to show your Vaccine Pass (or a valid exemption) when coming on-site to our Head Office at 1 Forrester Drive in Tauranga. Please also advise any team members who may be visiting of this policy and requirement.
